Contact us

To help us answer, tell us which phone you use and the app version (in TouchToes: Settings, the gear at the top, then App version). Please don't send health details we don't need to help you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your email.

Subscriptions

TouchToes opens with an active free trial or subscription, bought through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google takes the payment and handles renewals, cancellations and refunds.

How do I cancel?

Deleting the app or its data doesn't cancel your subscription. To avoid the next charge, including the first one after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends. After cancelling a paid subscription, you can keep using TouchToes until the end of the period you've paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, so please ask them:

If something went wrong with a purchase, you're welcome to write to us as well. Your statutory rights are not affected.

I have a new phone or reinstalled TouchToes

Your subscription belongs to your Apple ID or Google account; there is no TouchToes account. Sign in to the phone with the same Apple ID or Google account, open TouchToes and tap Restore Purchases on the first screen.

Your progress, history and photos are stored only on your phone, and we have no copy of them. They come along to a new phone only if your phone's backup or transfer includes app data.

Your data

How do I delete my data?

In TouchToes, open Settings and tap Delete all app data. To remove only your photos, tap Delete progress photos. Uninstalling the app also removes its data from your phone. None of these cancels your subscription. To have emails you've sent us deleted, write to us.

Health and safety

TouchToes gives general stretching guidance for healthy adults. It isn't medical advice, and we can't answer medical questions by email. Stretch only until you feel mild tension, never pain, and stop if something feels wrong. If you have a health condition or aren't sure stretching is right for you, ask a doctor or physiotherapist first. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Please read the full Health & safety disclaimer; it is also in the app under Settings.
