Terms of use
Last updated: 16 October 2026
In short: TouchToes is a stretching app for healthy adults, not medical advice. You subscribe through the App Store or Google Play and cancel there. Your statutory rights always apply.
1. Who we are
TouchToes is provided by Arunivio – Gabriel Varvodic, Reinwardtstr. 25, 42899 Remscheid, Germany ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@toetouch.app.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of the TouchToes app and its subscriptions. If you got TouchToes from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.
3. Health and safety
TouchToes gives general stretching guidance for healthy adults. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please read the Health & safety disclaimer before you start (it's also in the app under Settings); it explains when to check with a doctor first and when to stop. You decide whether each exercise is right for you. The 30-day challenge and the reach levels are goals to work towards, not promised results.
4. Age
TouchToes is only for adults aged 18 and over. You may not use it or subscribe to it if you're younger. If you answer in the app that you're under 18, it stops at that question and can't be used.
5. Subscriptions and free trials
- TouchToes opens only with an active free trial or subscription. You buy it in the App Store or Google Play: Apple or Google sells it, takes the payment and handles billing under its own terms. The plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it. If the price changes, Apple or Google tells you beforehand and asks for your consent where its rules or the law require it.
- If a plan includes a free trial, the store asks for a payment method when the trial starts. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it continues as a paid subscription and you are charged when the trial ends.
- You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (see Support). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app or its data doesn't cancel a subscription.
- Apple or Google, as the sellers, handle refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal for purchases.
- Your subscription belongs to your Apple ID or Google account. On a new phone, tap Restore Purchases in the app.
6. Using TouchToes
While your trial or subscription is active, you may use TouchToes for your own private, non-commercial purposes. Its videos, drawings, texts, routines and sounds are protected by copyright: please don't copy, share, sell or publish them, or try to get around the subscription.
7. Your data
Your answers, progress and photos stay on your phone and belong to you. We don't have a copy, so we can't restore them if you delete the app or lose your phone; a backup of your phone may include them. See our privacy policy.
8. Changes to the app
We may change TouchToes for good reasons, for example to fix errors, keep it secure, adapt it to new phones, store rules or laws, or improve it, at no extra cost to you. Your statutory rights in case of such changes, including those under § 327r of the German Civil Code (BGB), remain unaffected.
9. Faults
We work to keep TouchToes running well, but it may not always be free of errors or interruptions, for example when an app store or RevenueCat isn't available. The statutory rights for faulty digital products apply.
10. Liability
- We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, and where we have given a guarantee.
- For slight negligence, we are liable only if we breach an essential obligation: one that makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely. Our liability is then limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.
- Otherwise, we are not liable for slight negligence. These limits also apply to the people who work for us.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll publish the new version here with its date. Changes apply to you only once you have agreed to them.
12. Law and disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer living in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country still apply. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
